New Pjs - WW1 April Challenge (layout 98)

I cannot believe that it is already April 27. . .where did this month go?? I am quite happy though that I was able to get this month's White with 1 colour - mint done. Mint is one of my favorite colours to work with (although usually I mix it with browns or blues).

Here is my entry for WW1 + mint:

To start I misted the background with Lindy's Stamp gang starburst (sea grass green) and Tattered Angels (moss).  I then splattered distress paint (mowed lawn) all over the page.

Other supplies used:
papers: crate paper (doll house), teresa collins (save the date: bouquet), martha stewart (vintage girl)
buttons: recollections
rub-ons: fancy pants
alphas: pink paislee (enchanting)
ink: distress ink (evergreen bough)

Thank you for visiting and for your kind comments, they mean so much. Hope you have a chance to play along this month at White With 1 (mint): http://whitewith1.blogspot.com.au/2014/04/april-challenge.html

  4. Oh I love this Rebecca! I'm glad you found you were able to pull off mint without the usual browns and/or blues. I hope you'll join us again next month. :)
